This recipe is easy, delicious and is is soooo good for you!
Ingredients:
- 1 pint of water
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- 1-3 teaspoons of honey
- 1 healthy pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Squeeze the lemon to get fresh juice.
- Measure out the honey and pink Himalayan sea salt.

Combine and Heat:
- Put all the ingredients (water, lemon juice, honey, and salt) into a pot.
- Heat the water just enough so the honey melts completely. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed.

Divide and Store:
- Divide the liquid into pint-sized mason jars.
- Allow the jars to cool before sealing them with lids.

Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the jars.This drink will last for a week in your refrigerator.
- When you want a refreshing drink, grab a jar from the fridge, and it's ready to go.
Notes:
- Serving Size: You can make as many servings as you want. I recommend making 6 servings.
- Storage: Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Convenience: I love putting each serving into a pint jar. This makes it easy to grab a refreshing drink whenever you need one.
