Kimmie's Taco Recipe Revealed
Are you ready for me to share my secret recipe? Well, here it is. This recipe is simply too good not to share. In fact, we have even incorporated it into The AcuPlus Weight Loss Program™, where our patients not only lose 20+ pounds in six weeks–but they also get to indulge in tacos.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried minced onion
- 1/3 c salt
- ½ cup chili powder
- ¼ cup dried red pepper
- ¼ cup minced garlic
- 1/8 cup dried oregano
- ¼ cup ground cumin
Directions:
Serving size: “Ish”.... 2 TBS is about the amount that would mimic a taco seasoning packet.
Makes 20 servings.
Note: A single batch of this recipe makes 20 servings. You can make this recipe small or HUGE. Dr. Kimberly recommends a large batch. She typically doubles or even triples this recipe because she uses it so often. Beef tacos, shrimp tacos, chicken tacos, taco soup, taco salad, fajitas, ETC!

Curious about the taco seasoning recipe. Do you refrigerate it once you make it? With fresh onions and garlic I would imagine you would have to....?? I'm assuming you mix one serving of the recipe with taco meat/chicken/fish when cooking?

Hello Sher,
Sorry to have not been more clear. These ingredients are DRY seasonings. I make this up in a big batch and use it for "all the things". Tacos, soup, chicken, fajitas, etc. It's a great recipe. I hope you enjoy it.
